"Sarah was very helpful getting the insurance on my vehicle, after about 6 months of working with them for insurance the communication severely lacked and they did not Bill appropriately causing me to fall behind on my payments. When I asked why bills weren't accurate they couldn't explain and then said that's just how their system works. I canceled my insurance and asked how much my remaining bill was and she refused to give me that information. Unless you want to get completely screwed over by a company I do not recommend using this agency the ladies in the office are incompetent and rude"
