"First of all before I begin this review. Let me respond to something the Kerr office responded to Reviewer PhloppyBunny in response to a review he left on here 20 hours ago. Let it be clear that Phloppy Bunny is my soulmate and I did indicate that to Kerr. When I mean soulmate, I meant exactly that. He is more than “just a friend” he and I are in a relationship AND LIVE in the same house together AS A LOVING COUPLE! As such he DOES know of the ongoing situation we are battling with pertaining to the stalemate between Baker Body shop and State Starm. And yes I am very angry about this situation. The only reason I have been quiet about this is becuase, given the fact I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder I have to keep a tight leash on my emotions. But believe me I am seething inside. And Kerr calling my soulmate, the person I love and liar does NOT help matters at all. The situation is affecting my entire household INCLUDING Phloppy Bunny. So his reveiw is relevant, period, end of story. Now that said, My dad and I who ARE customers of Statefarm are angry because State Farm has dug its heels in the sand and refuting to cover the cost of Tesla parts and pushing Baker Body shop to use aftermarket/refurbed parts on our Tesla Model Y despite the fact that Baker themselves have told them repeatedly to the NEED to use only Tesla Parts less they void the warranty on our vehicle, compromise the performance and safety of the vehicle, and risk the body shop loosing its Tesla certification. So this is leaving me towards the only option left but to cover the difference State Farm is willing to pay and the cost of Tesla parts. We have full coverage, we are paying for full coverage, and expect full coverage which means the only money that comes out of our pocket is the 100 dollar deductible. Yet its looking more and more like that’s we are going to have to pay waaaaaaaay more than that just to end this one month long ordeal., get our car back, and put this situation behind us. Every we have gone to Kerr to get help. It’s “I’ll make a phone call to claims. All call back when I know somthing.” When we do get calls days latter, its “Well State Farm and Baker have dug their heels in the sand. And my car is still sitting in Baker’s parking lot waiting for repairs to be made. We WANT this situation resolved. That means State Farm needs to provide full coverage on our car, we get actual Tesla parts, and we pay only the 100 dollar deductible. That is the optimal outcome that needs to happen. So what I will say here is Kerr should focus less on pressuring my soulmate to remove his review and focus on doing what ever it takes to give State Farm the kick in the pants to make things right so we can get our car fixed, back in our hands, and this situation put behind us…….. and me working on getting my Generralized Anxiety Disorder back under control. Again even though I have been quiet about this up to this point, I am seething with anger over this childish behavior from State Farm and now Kerr pressuring my soulmate, my fiencee, the person I love, and riding the same boat with me and my dad. Bottom line, worry less about my fiancée’s review and focus on doing what ever it takes to give State Farm the kick in the pants to give use the full coverage we are paying for and expect to get so we can have our car fixed and back in our hands. That is why we are seeking your help in the first place!"

"I stopped in to set up a auto policy and spoke with Richard Mead he made the process very easy and I enjoyed speaking with him. They offered great coverage at a good rate and I was able to also set up renters and motorcycle insurance with them the process was easy and fast.
